We’re based in Stuttgart and serve nearby towns like Ulm, Roe, Almyra, DeWitt, Clarendon, Gillette, St. Charles, and surrounding communities within about 45 miles.
3. How do I become a member?
Just request your free account, talk with our team, and choose a free or monthly plan. We’ll walk you through setup in minutes.
4. Can I order without a membership?
Yes! Non-members can use ArCo Go anytime and pay per trip. Members just get more perks and savings.
5. What’s the difference between under 15 miles and over 15 miles?
Trips under 15 miles are local runs near Stuttgart. Anything beyond that counts as an extended route and has slightly higher pricing.
6. How do I schedule or request a delivery?
Just call or text us! You can schedule 24 hours ahead or request same-day service for a small fee.
7. What if I need something the same day?
No problem. We’ll fit you in. Members get 2 Express deliveries a week. There’s just a small same-day fee of $9.99 for non-members.
8. How do laundry pickups work?
We pick up laundry every Tuesday and Friday, deliver it the next day fresh and folded.
9. Do you handle prescriptions or grocery runs?
Absolutely. We can handle most store or Walmart pharmacy pickups, just let us know what you need when you schedule.
10. Do you deliver alcohol or tobacco?
Not presently but we do have 75% of the permit process complete and hope to be approved soon.
11. How do I pay for my orders?
We accept secure card payments through your account or text a payment link. Members are billed weekly or monthly.
